- 较强的跟进/项目管理和组织能力。

Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office and Graphic programmmes.
- 监督和领导预订员工提供zui有效率和令客人满意的服务。
Supervise and lead reservation staff in providing the most efficient and pleasant services.
- 良好的业务相关需求和工作效率。
Good knowledge of business needs, and productivity requirements.
- 更新促销活动并通过正确的电话销售技巧训练来得到客户。
Keep updating all sales promotional programs and well get clients informed by proper training of telephone selling skills.
- 要不断的提高对客服务水平,确保赢得客人zui大程度的满意。
Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- 确保酒店所有印刷品符合品牌标准。
Monitors all printed materials for adherence to corporate identity standards.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 持有大学文凭或设计的文凭或适当资格 ;
Holds a diploma or suitable qualifications in Graphic Arts or Design;
- 良好的中英文读写能力;
Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language;
- 具有一定的旅游和酒店行业知识。
Essential knowledge in the Travel and Hotel industry.
